Shipping Policy

Processing Times

We offer multiple processing options tailored to your urgency:

  • Standard Processing:
    Applications are processed within 1 business day after receiving complete documentation.
    Orders submitted after 6:00 p.m. will be processed the following day.
  • Rush Processing – 6 Hours (Digital Only):
    Orders are processed within 6 hours, available Monday through Sunday.
    Applications submitted after 10:00 p.m. are processed by 12:00 noon the next day.
  • Ultra Rush Processing – 3 Hours (Digital Only):
    Need it faster? We offer 3-hour priority processing, also available Monday through Sunday.
    Orders placed after 10:00 p.m. will be completed by 12:00 noon the following day.

These processing options apply to digital documents only. Physical shipping follows printing completion.

Digital Delivery

Once approved, a digital copy of your International Driving Permit will be sent to your email.
Please note:

  • The digital version is not printable and is meant for reference use on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
  • Delays may occur if there is a spelling error in your email address during checkout.
    We are not responsible for missed or undelivered emails due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Physical Documents – Global Shipping via DHL

Printed IDP booklets are shipped within 3–5 business days after processing.

By default, we use DHL Standard Global Shipping with tracking, however:

  • Depending on availability or destination, we may ship via standard international postal service instead.

  • This may affect delivery speed and tracking availability.

Estimated Transit Times via DHL

(Estimates based on DHL international service times)

  • United States & Canada: 4–7 business days
  • Europe (incl. UK): 3–6 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–9 business days
  • Asia, Middle East, South America & Africa: 6–10 business days

Tracking numbers are not sent automatically.
If you wish to track your shipment, you must contact us directly via email or the contact form.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and service type.
  • Express shipping fees (DHL) are strictly non-refundable — no exceptions.
    These fees cover additional costs we incur to expedite production and delivery.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours after payment.
  • After 2 hours, a 25% processing fee applies.
  • Digital documents already processed or delivered are non-refundable.
  • Express shipping charges are never refundable, under any circumstances.

Responsibility and Liability

Travel Docs Online is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Costs arising from delivery delays (e.g. car rentals, traffic fines, or missed travel)

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please reach out via the contact form. We will assist you in locating or reissuing the document where applicable.
