At International Travel Permits, our goal is to maintain transparency and prioritize customer satisfaction. Please carefully review the terms and conditions regarding our refund policy.
Conditions for Refund
- Cancellation Within 2 Hours
You may cancel your application for an International Driving License within two (2) hours of placing the order for a full refund. - Cancellation After 2 Hours
Cancellations made after the two-hour window will incur a 25% administrative fee. - Digital Documents
Once digital documents have been sent to you, they are non-refundable. - Completed or Shipped Orders
Orders marked as completed or shipped cannot be cancelled. Shipping charges are non-refundable. - Submission of False Information
If your application contains falsified data or fails to meet our requirements, you will not be eligible for a refund unless you provide correct documentation.
Exceptions
- Express and Shipping Charges
Express processing fees and shipping charges are non-refundable. - Signed Packages
Once a package has been signed for, it cannot be reported as lost, and refunds or replacements will not be available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If you believe your package has been lost or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the courier. Any refunds or replacements will be processed after the courier’s investigation and final decision.
