If your question is related to issues with uploading a selfie, please check the file type. Before submitting, ensure that the selfie file type is supported. Currently, we only accept 'jpg' and 'png' formats for selfies. If your file is in a different format, please save or convert your selfie to one of the supported types. We are actively working to expand support for additional file types in the future. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
